BBE can only provide in-house support. Which means you should bring your defected parts to BBE offices and our specialized team will check and solve the problem found.
You'll receive a note once the problem is solved.
Be sure that you have the RMA receipt handed to you, it'll be very helpful to use for following up your defected items.
Q2. Does BBE provide home delivery if I order some components?
BBE is a Computer parts distributer for the IT resellers. The end users are not its target market.
